Had my stainless works cat-less headers installed yesterday, I'm running them with a custom 5 star tune.


I'm not running any mufflers for now, it's stupid obnoxious loud... I might post a video up later.

I'll have mufflers when I have time to fab up my down turn exhaust.

How is it at 70 ish?

Not horrible, it does stay well above 2k cruising down the highway.


I have a 1300 mile road trip coming up which I'm not excited about..

Ok, kinda what i figured, stock im at about 2100

Hows the shifting with the tune? I have a 5 star tune and I feel the shifting needs work. I have the proper rear axle ratio and tire revolution set but the shifts still hang. also down shifting on decal is more pronounced. Just curious how your experience is.

Shifting is definately very apparent on all 5 star tunes, you feel the gears. If thats what you mean

4.88s finally installed. Also a new rear diff cover.

Dovetailed rears w/ high clearance bumpers look so great with this diff cover. Lookin good man!

The shifting does feel a little more aggressive than other tunes, especially now with 4.88s. I don't mind, it just seems to be a characteristic of a 5 star tune.
