Mobile Apps

I searched for an specific answer but found nothing in threads written before.

I have an iPhone 5 and a 2013 Raptor and each time after I connect my iPhone to the USB entry directly, turn on my car and say the voice command "Mobile Apps" or "Mobile Applications".. IT DOESN'T WORK, it says "Please say a valid command" or "say one of the following"... I don't remember..

Anyone has an answer or a real walkthrough not like the one on syncmyride.com that supposes everything is working perfectly.

I also have some trouble with my bluetooth connection, that's why I'm trying to get this working.. My bluetooth starts jumping around songs by it's own si it's kinda stressing that way.

I've encountered the song jumping too. I've come to live with turning off Bluetooth and reconnecting.

I talked to them last week about a similar issues, Since mine is a 2011 I do not have the "Apps" available...

Call Ford sync support...they are pretty helpful

There aren't any apps for the Mytouch yet, just the sync.

That's exactly what the sync tech said...if I had a 2012 the only way to get mobile apps is with sync not MFT...so the basic version, sync, has it but the MFT, upgrade, does not...go figure...

The Mobile apps, from what I understand, is located under the "phone menu". Same place as vehicle health, 911 assist, etc....

apparently nothing..... you cant even sync to it......


and iphone 5 is now apples biggest screw up.

Yeah SYNC system is supposed to have a few tricks and new commands with some Mobile Applications for smartphones, only some apps are compatible with it. But my problem is not that this commands are failing, my problem is that when I say the command, nothing happens. It doesn't even exist within my system.

But Ford says it does, that it comes with MFT and it is available in all F-Series.
