Missing rear under seat storage piece

I was looking at getting an under seat storage piece from amazon, but comparing the pictures it looks like this piece needs to be there with bolts, and I have no piece or bolts

Seems like it may be this part number FL3Z16310B17BB , just the plastic piece with no bolts

Looks like it was there at some point

Its not missing. On raptors since the power inverter interferes with the same piece on the passenger side (although shorter), they dont install either from the factory. I also had to order it, part number is FL3Z-78115A00-AA, easy to install, its about 30 bucks.
