As far as the problem of Raptor engines shutting down....Ford won't tell you about.
But the dealer parts dept has a single fuse with wires for about $25 to double the size of the existing undersized fuse that runs to your fuel pump. It doesn't seem to burn out ... but rather heats up from lack of size ... and separates contact till it cools down. The pump shuts off temporarily. Even at 80 mph on the highway! Replace that one fuse in the fusebox over the radiator, and you’ll never hear from it again.

The TSB 19-2286 does not apply to Raptors. @Beinkounter, the dealership did not read the TSB carefully. The restricted muffler issue ONLY applies to F-150 Limited models, which received the 3.5 HO engine for the 2019 model year. Installing the mufflers from the TSB on a Raptor will not correct any issues and will only change the sound of the exhaust (quieter).

Issue: Some 2019 F-150 vehicles with the Limited series package built on or before 1-Jun-2019 equipped with a 3.5L EcoBoost high output engine may exhibit a lack of power and/or misfire condition with or without diagnostic trouble code (DTC) P0300 through P0306. This may be due to the internal components of the muffler assembled improperly. To correct the condition, follow the Service Procedure steps to replace the muffler.

Action: Follow the Service Procedure to correct the condition for vehicles that meet all of the following criteria:

• 2019 F-150

• Limited series

• Built on or before 1-Jun-2019

• 3.5L EcoBoost high output

• Lacks power and/or misfire condition

• May have DTCs P0300 through P0306 stored in the powertrain control module (PCM)

What "shutting down" issue are you referring to? Previous generation F-150's (2009 to 2014) had a TSB to install a fuel pump fuse relocation kit in the BJB due to a heat issue, which was narrowed down to the BJB supplier not meeting Ford Engineering specifications for the fuse buss bar. No such service message exists for 2015+ models, which use a completely different electrical architecture.

So far have put another 1000+ miles on her since the 1st issue without any more codes being thrown or SOTP performance loss. I'm still working with @wgr73 to look over my data logs to see if can find anything but hopefully it was a phantom issue caused by the severe wx that day

If anyone else is experiencing this issue though I would love to hear about it..

@magaraptor Have you narrowed down what's causing this issue on your truck? What year/mods are you running, also mileage?

In this TSB, it calls for the tech to remove the muffler and measure the inlet/outlet. Obviously there is a good dimension and a bad dimension. When tech follows the flow diagram of diagnosis, they had to follow this step. @Beinkounter must have had a truck with the wrong dimension and warranted replacement. Either way though, he got a huge improvement on his truck.
