Minimum Post Requirement for Selling on FRF

Can I get some help on why I was able to post a sale as a supporting member, but two weeks later unable to post another item for sale? I'm looking to sell a new pro eagle 2 ton jack with mount. Thanks

I'm still dealing with it, but it seems that the people that run the site don't give a shit. I think the simple solution might be calling my credit card company.
