Saw this light on sale and always wanted one. Finally, I can see in the engine bay and no cords or hitting my melon on a trouble light.

The picture is too dark, can't see the light.

I did something similar and used UPL switch #6 for it. It was always too dark when checking oil at night.

I have two baja designs rock lights mounted to the top of the grill that shine down the engine bay. Pretty good angle.

Got tired of trying to set up a light to check oil, powersteering fluid (gen 1), air filter, etc.

I did something similar and used UPL switch #6 for it. It was always too dark when checking oil at night.

I was going to do that but I need something for multiple cars since I’m the mechanic at home. I’m the gardiner, maintenance, computer tech also but that’s another story.
