Yes I have. Very credible tuner.

Will update with pics soon. Intercooler is mounted and I'm pretty sure I could stand on it .

A cam would get you more power at the same psi. However, why spend additional money when you can simply just turn up the boost if you want more power?

Because at some point you become octane limited?

Totally true. I would switch to E85 though. But I have access to it so for those who don't then I guess the cam would come in pretty handy.

E85 could take you past 800hp though and I don't think it would like that in stock form.
