I don' think they are directional per their website. Reviews are pretty good on them. Might get a little louder as they wear, but most are saying that they are still quieter than a the MT.

I say go for it and give us a review. Price is pretty good......

They work great for me. Used on California Nevada desert runs, Baja, Colorado rocky Jeep trails and Pismo/Oceano dunes.

Nice AIR. So how are they holding up? Obviously they are getting some good abuse. How much road noise? Im giving them a serious look now.

They hold up well, good price, got $100 gift card from MT (rebate)
Noise is like other mud terrain tires we use, not loud if you keep them rotated.

Ive got these in the 37s, they are holding up well. Been on the truck for about 6 months and are showing little wear. This is after Havoc in the Hills4 and other offroading experiences. Noise is not bad for a MT they do not have the loud drone of large lugged tires but have some noise. They are not directional. I have been very happy with these tires.
