Mic problem?

Has anyone had problems when using Bluetooth/Apple car play with the microphone? Most callers say that the background noise is very loud.

I should clarify (gen2). This is on a 2017 raptor

nope..mine is spot on......key is to adjust volume right the 1st time

Volume control has nothing to do with the mic. I can hear the callers fine. Callers hear a lot of background noise. Setting the volume on the radio has nothing to do with what the caller hears.

I ordered a new mic. I’ll give you feed back once I get it.

Put a new mic in today. All abnormal noises have gone away. The old mic went bad. It was letting too much back ground noise into the call.

This is for a 2017 Raptor 802A. It was like $20.00 if i remember correctly.
