What shop are you at? And what wheel and backspace?

Just so you know, my method beadlocks fit fine with no spacer. I think my backspace is 4.75

You can have them put on and spin the front wheel and see if you have any impact. You could always shave down the Caliper a little as it seems the factory castings have a large variance and that causes some people to have rubbing issues.

TamerSaad - Here's the thread you want to check out.

It sounds like the inconsistencies are with the Method wheels and not the Ford brake caliper casting. A member here, Vince, makes custom center caps for the Method wheels and says that all of his center caps are the same yet fit the same model Method wheels differently.

You basically have four options:
1) Shave down the caliper. This won't really be a specialty of any specific automotive shop, so you'll just have to ask around.
2) Groove or machine additional clearance in the wheel. This is probably the most difficult option.
3) Install a thin 1/4" wheel spacer.

4) Do nothing... if they're close but not touching, just run them as is. In the other thread you'll see that someones wheels have extremely tight clearance and they haven't had any issues.

Good luck!

Mt methods are very close on my 12. The guy at the tire shop said its too tight its going to the rub and pulled the wheel off making a big deal of it. I walked in and put the wheel on grabbed his impact gun, bolted the wheel on, then spun it with no rubbing and said no please put the rest on so I can get it out of here.

Thanks to all of you, ok this is how it went, I finally got the nut for the bolts, we fixed front wheel first, backspace is probably less than 5 mm, no friction whatsoever. I drove it around and I am not sure if I'm just imagining but certainly those wheels make the car more stable on the road than the stock ones!!! Did u feel the same?!
Will have to go to shop again as they vibrate a bit above 120 km speed.
