Well just emailed method.. Again... Lets see how this goes as clearly the first guy I got wasn't overly concerned with my issue. If the stainless were sent I could put my wheels on this weekend but since I would just ruin the zinc ones in this several feet of snow we still have I guess I can't.

I had all of mine come out of the bag in the box just like that. Since they were the stainless ones with the shoulder instead of separate washers everything was still there though.
