I turned off automatic updates in the menu and I no longer get the message. Then, if you want to check for updates, you can connect to Wi-fi and use the "check for updates" button. The sirius radio still updates.

Same...I will just manually check for updates or push them via USB rather than deal with that annoying message.

So I had brought my truck to the dealer for an oil change and asked them to fix this message by updating the sync system or whatever is causing it. When I pick up the truck they tell me they fixed it by switching the update to manual update. SMDH. Srsly, Ford what is the deal.

Yep, that is how you fix it. The other problem is when you manually check for updates, it says it is checking, but never tells you if it did update or not. Ford's software engineers need some retraining.
