The wrap looks great. I want to do a protective wrap like xpel but don't know if I can stomach the costs since they are so much more money.

From what I gather, aren't Satin Wraps that are done the right way fairly expensive? One of the most reputable guys in my area who does most of the high end vehicles said doing a full body Satin Wrap on a Raptor would be in the neighborhood of $7,000-$8,000.

That's nuts....PM me and I'll give you the cost and contact for the shop.....The guys at illmatic Wraps are very good and are backed by 3M..

Nice, very similar to what I want to do. Going with satin black myself.

Did you plastidip the Skid yourself?

Yeah I plasticdipped the Skip plate myself.....nothing to it just wash and wipe down the plate with alcohol, prep the areas with masking tape and spray light coats at a time...takes less than 1 hour.
