Hi @Mazzive, any updates on more aggressive offroading with the 37s?
I have the ICON 2.25" perch and added a leaf to rear to get ~2 more inches. Thinking about running 37s (maybe Ridge Grapplers) but I jump the truck sometimes at the dunes so I dont want to rip off a fender...

If I may make one recommendation on your future mods list, I’d recommend swapping the ditch lights from FLEX Duals to the G34. The pattern of the G34 is much wider than the FLEX Dual and will make a better ditch light. And it’s cheaper than the FLEX Dual as well.

I hear ya! I do not want to deal with fenders any sooner than I have to haha.

I have not run the truck offroad lately but I did just install the ICON Vehicle Dynamics rear leaf springs and they are AMAZING! I cannot say enough about how well they ride.

When I was out at KOH a few weeks ago, I spoke with both ICON and Starwood Performance about my bottom out issues with the 37s in the rear. ICON said that they usually run 35s when going hard but suggested that their hydraulic bump stop kit could be adjusted to limit the up travel enough to avoid collision with the fender. Starwood had similar feedback and said that they have not had issues since installing and adjusting the hydraulic bumps.

With the new springs, I think I would have to hit pretty hard to bottom out but I plan on installing the hydraulic bumps in the next few weeks.

I will update the thread when I can!

Thanks for the feedback! I will keep this in mind when I get around to adding more lighting.

What setting did you go on the Icon leafs? I’d like to see some more pictures of the bumper, from the side so we can see how the clearance is with the KC lights on there. I looked on icon site and couldn't find any at a good angle.

I decided to go with the 3rd option - add a leaf. I did this one because the tent weighs 130lbs, the cage and rack weigh ~ 120lbs, I run with a tool box that is ~100lbs, and when I am offroad I usually have a 37" spare and a bunch of other gear in the back so I think I will be running in the 400-600lb range on the regular.

Yeah I can def post up some more pics of the bumper. I just installed a KC Pro6 on there too which looks sick. Will get pics soon.

Awesome build and a sweet bumper. I'm glad I stuck with the OEM wheels though, to avoid the trimming.
