Hey guys. So my truck “Maverick” is a black 2017 screw with all of the bells and whistles except for the carbon interior. I haven’t done anything crazy as far as mods go, but I have a few things I’ll be changing in a week. The end goal is to have a truck that is aesthetically pleasing to my taste and is something I can have fun with. Since money doesn’t grow on trees and I have a baby on the way, I can only do so much to the truck. My mods won’t be for everyone and that’s ok. I’ve been lurking in the forum for awhile and have enjoyed watching other folks mod their trucks. Naturally I’m using parts that I’ve seen others have success with.
So far I’ve done the following:
- Weather tech hood protector
- Sprayed the skid plate/bumper with bedliner
- mycover bed cover
- Roush intake
- AWE 2FG exhaust upgrade
Here’s how it sits currently
In a week I’ll be adding:
- Geiser springs in the front
- Deaver +3 in the rear
- SDHQ bump pad (this will eventually get upgraded)
- bronze Icon rebounds
- 37” Nitto Ridge Grapplers
- SPD turbo adapters
There are future mods I hope to get but this is it for a little while.
Short list:
- intercooler
- tune (still nervous about this one)
- bumpers
- Bumpstop kit
Long list (wish list)
- extended front suspension (bolt kit possibly)
- fenders (really digging the look of the wide Anderson composites)
This forum is full of support and a lot of opinions. Be gentle.
