My installer also stated to put a wax on top of the wrap. Helps preserve the sheen and further protects from water spots etc.

Will do man, I decided to go satin instead of matte so it will be about 3 weeks before it gets done due to a two week vacation.

Good to know...I am been scared to put wax...I have used a Maguiars Detai spray with was but never a true wax...

I have used a Polish-Turtle Wax and Optiseal and it seems fine...
