Check Redlands Ford or puente hills ford. The only two dealers who would give me the time of day in ALL of California. I've called every dealer from Ca, Texas, and Arizona and they are all pretty much $20,000. I got a shadow black, 802a, bead lock capable wheels, moonroof , tailgate step and a few other goodies for $7500 over.
I could have and maybe should have waited but I couldn't afford the first gen Raptors when they came out and was hoping they would drop in price but they never really did. So here I am a few years later in a slightly better position so yes, I paid over but my god I do love this truck.

Do people actually pay 20-25K over MSRP on Raptors? I have been calling dealers in southern CA and that is what they all have been saying I got to see one in person last night and the dealer pretty much said that unless if I am willing to pay $20k over sticker, then there is no sense in sitting down.

anyone know what people are paying in other part s of the country?

Cheapest I've seen in AZ is 10k over the most I've seen is 25k. Dealer next to my house added wheels and was asking 93k for it. Sold the next day [emoji849]. You just can't fix stupid!

Ebay dealers are around $5K to $10K, but the $10K ones have been on the site for weeks. Give it a few months and every dealer will have them on the lot. Then they will start discounting. Ford is not making this a limited production truck. Supply will catch up with demand real soon. An MSRP of $70 for a loaded pickup truck has a very limited market and those that gotta have one would have bought one the first few months. Ford will continue to pump these out like stamps.

I could never pay over MSRP, hell, I am still struggling with the fact that I did pay actual MSRP. But, I didn't have to order and wait, got almost the exact truck that I wanted at MSRP when someone canceled their order and waited less than a week from the time I made the deal til the truck arrived. Then, I try to make myself feel better about paying MSRP by rationalizing that I got one that was ordered before the $635 price increase AND I took my bed box extender off my 14 and swapped it over to my 17...so its like getting the truck for $1000 below MSRP....lol.

A good deal is only how you define it I suppose. I LOVE this truck. My son just bought a 2016 LOADED King Ranch for $11K off MSRP. THAT is a pretty good deal....it just ain't a Raptor! I shouldnt worry so much about the price of things, but growing up very poor, it's just in me forever I guess. All that matters is that the we, the buyers are satisfied with what we got for what we paid.

I've found multiple dealers at $5k over MSRP in Phoenix (including one that came down from $10k on an in stock AG). Many of them are charging $10-20k though and tell me people are paying. Unfortunately, the only dealer selling at MSRP has a long waiting list and no allocations.

I'm too stubborn to pay a mark up, so I'm still empty handed. Sure would love to upgrade from my 2010 though. :(
