I start doing happy dances when I see 13mpg. I seem to be stuck at 10.6 no matter what I do.

So, you should come out golden if you hold it at 40 all the way to Texas and back. This will save you approximately $680 on your trip in gas but would add about 45 hours of driving time.

I always drive i manual and put it in 6th as early as possible. I don't remember what the min mph is on this truck tho.

Off subject but while looking at your images of your dashboard I noticed your truck shows what gear you are in, I just picked up the truck and mine doesn't show it, how do I bring that up on the display?

Press the + on the shifter and the gears will display....
