MagnaFlow exhaust on my Gen 3

Although I was blown away with the stock exhaust, I was lucky enough to get hooked up with a prototype MagnaFlow exhaust kit for my truck. It keeps the trombone pipe and different exhaust modes, but makes each mode a bit louder and more aggressive. It’s basically straight piped from the cat back aside from their X pipe… but they gave me another set of pipes with an anti drone baffle off the side if I want to quiet it down a little, haven’t tried them out yet. If I can figure how to upload video I will..

that’s a Helmholtz resonator which is use to eliminate drone at certain RPMS. They usually do not effect the exhaust noise because they are usually tuned to “cancel the drone” but the other sound waves pass on buy. BMW’s had these for their turbo i6’s
