Been lurking for a week or so learning up before I finally made my purchase, but happy to say I finally got rid of the 2006 Mitsubishi Evolution MR and moved into a 2013 Tux Black Raptor. First truck I've owned and wanted something that for sure can do more than my evo could. Already learned a lot from you guys and look forward to learning more and adding my input to the forum!

Welcome to the forum!

Came from a Jeep Wrangler and a 04 330CI. The hardest thing is learning to park the beast. I suggest trying to back it in using your cameras if you can.. Found that I don't have a good grasp of how far my front end stands out (yes, even after 4 months) and I end up thinking it's too close to comfort, park, get out, to find out is till have 2ft or so.

Haha, yea. My room mates had an F-150 XLT 4x4 and the other had a Silverado. Both on 35s… so I got some practice when I had to drive their trucks. I'm actually really good parking forward if I turn into it left (driver side) other side not so much. Backing in is definitely the way to go. Haha.

Yes but the raptor is much wider lol. I ran 35s on the jeep and it was still a piece of cake. 07 JKU.

Oh and make it a habit of retracting your side mirrors... Even if you are far away from the guys next to you because you never know if someone with a raptor will park next to you and take up all the extra room.
