Excellent build thread and I like your choice with the custom bypass bed rack. How do you secure all your gear? Any pictures of the bed loaded with spares and trail gear?

This is the best pic I and only pic I have that shows the gear.

Right now I am stacking the tires until I get the time to fix the exhaust to under mount 1 of the tires. There are 3 tie down points on the rack to use a Y strap to hold them down.

The spare gas cans, action packer with Jack and gear and drone are pushed against the tail gate and strapped down using the stock bed tie down point.

Great setup! I think I will go in a similar direction. Your co-pilot will be a fast driver [emoji6]

How close are you to Orangevale? Can swing by in a few weeks when I am back from vacation if you want to see the full setup. Or see if Vanilla_Gorilla can let you into the shop to see the truck.

I live in SF and head to Tahoe often via 80. Would love to check out your ride. Thanks

Family weekend or I would be there. Been doing a lot of on and offroad events as of late so need to spend time with wife and crum cruncher =)

Totally understand man just wanted to throw it out there. Love the pic of little man in the bed like he's double checking stock for ya haha.

Had time after a busy season to finish some needed fixes and minor clean ups. Installed ADD transmission cooler, PSS power steering cooler and fluid body, moved rear shocks mounts, fixed wire run.

Still have more little things to do but making progress. Getting ready for the 2016 season.

Paul and I were talking about the trans cooler before he almost got us arrested in your SHO and we lost track of the conversation... were you having temp issues with the transmission?
