Any concerns that the behind the grill light bar may block some air flow to the transmission cooler and cause overheating issues?

How about a daytime photo with the lights off? Can you see the lights behind the grill during the day with the lights off?

Phy you need to go to Walden. That way I can check out your lights before I order from Dawson.

Working on it. The wife didn't sound too hot on the idea (I think she wants to take the boat to lake powell or mcconaughy that weekend). Maybe I can shoot up for a LONG day when both of y'all will be there.

I PM'ed M&R for pricing on that light. Not a bad deal! Really want to see Dane's in person before attempting to finish the front lights on my truck...

I've thought about it, but I don't think it's significant enough to make a difference. One way to find out - I'll be towing my Jeep next week, so I'll keep an eye on temps.

I'll snag a daytime picture with the light off. You can see the light glinting back there if you are looking for it, but it's pretty subtle - not something you'd really notice.

Dane it looks good, do you have the part numbers?

I used this light bar from M&R along with the Rigid 40" behind the grill brackets which I ordered from Alternative OffRoad. The brackets are pretty basic/simple. They are just small L brackets with oblong holes for adjustability. They would be pretty simple to duplicate at Home depot if you don't want to pay the $20 for them, but they did make it more simple. The light just mounts to the two torx bolts that attach the hood bump stops to the body. It's a tight fit and you have to wrestle that rubber liner back a bit, but I didn't have to disconnect or trim it.

FYI, the night time is the most entertaining part of Walden during a holiday weekend. I'd definitely try to at least stay a night.

Where do you work? I'm in the DTC during the day if it's convenient for you to check it out - near the Inverness Hotel

Today I'm working at Quebec and Orchard. Sometimes I'm down at Dry Creek and Colorado. I live near Highlands Ranch Parkway and Wildcat Reserve. Definitely want to see your setup sometime soon.

Got all my goodies installed and they FIT under my light bar setup - maybe 1/2" to spare. The style of winch I used is all one piece instead of the separate control box you can mount in a different spot, so I had concerns.
