No generation was limited production nor hand built, especially not Gen 1, which shared almost everything aside from the suspension and fenders with a standard F-150. Gen 2/3 are much more exclusive in design/components and powertrain, but are still not limited production trucks.
It remains to be seen whether the 2023 R will be limited production and therefore more exclusive.
