My door didn't close right & rattled from the start. They adjusted & replaced the striker rod. door closed better but still rattled. After 2 more trips i took it to another dealer and they replaced the striker rod & latch assembly after i noted that the latch internals where made of plastic! That fixed the rattle for the most part but it still rattles in the dirt! After discussing this with other Raptor Owners on a run, they informed me that everyone's rattles in the dirt. Oh well at least it doesn't rattle on the street anymore.

Hello all ive got a similar situation, ive got a 2013, only 2600 miles and its got so many rattling noises, interior etc...but biggest gripe is the bed its so noisy...ive never jumped it or any crazyness....any advice would be welcomed.

With the dozens of Fords I've owned over the years, I've never had a issue with a dealership over a warranty problem. And by the above, it looks like they still care to me.

Mine started rattling a few weeks ago too... Driver side, sounds like it is near the speaker...only notice when I nail the gas though...

I tried smacking the door and it gets battle for a little while....
