Good advice thank you. I only drove it home from the shop right around about 10 miles. I didn't notice anything abnormal at all, only when I went around to check them. I am driving the wife's focus in the meantime until the new lugs arrived that should be here on Monday. A day off that I have that I can explore some more. 13 hour overnight shifts doesn't leave a lot of time in the day to play with my truck so I will wait until Monday when I can have more time. It's parked in my garage and honestly being only a focus it sure feels like a race car compared to our trucks so I am not having too bad of time waiting.
Any update?

@Yukon Joe update yes indeed:
I pulled them off and the chrome caps were in fact split right at the base on a few. The studs checked out all ok. The rim also looked fine, no wallowing of the holes, and no odd uneven wear. I had a new set of duratacs put on today in preparation for snowball as well. Checked them over again when it was on the lift all ok. (Side note too, the duratacs look a heck of a lot better than the stock BFG's. Now hoping for some good snow and getting excited for snoball!!)

As I am sitting here writing this the mailman just dropped off my new black gorilla lugs. Was hoping they would come before the tire appointment but they are here at last. Time now to go start a fire in the wood stove in my garage and install them and a few other preps for snoball. Being the lugs were the only part not black on my rig they will bring it all together finally.

I wanted to thank everyone again too for your input and advice. I was pretty pissed/worried something was effed up from the rotation. I sincerely appreciate the support, this forum, and all you members are awsome. I can't wait to meet some of you at snoball. My first outing and I'm stoked!

@Mike175 good to hear you don't have any other issues from the rotation and that you got a new set of Duratracs that you will love. Remember to re torque the lugs after 50 miles or so and don't use an impact even on these. Factory Tq is 150lb.

Look me up at Snowball I am in Spartan/Charlie group W.G. is the name.

@WRCRaptor it was your post and the exact copy and past part number that led me to the black lugs! Thank you sir, and I will most definitely being checking these, and picking up a floor jack to keep impact wrenches off of them. I am also in Spartan so I wont have too hard of a time finding you! I'll have the murder SCREW with sweet new tires.
