One of my friends from high school. He has his own paint shop right by my house. If you send me a pm I can give you details.

Shafts should be nice and smooth polished so they slide in and out of the shock body otherwise its going to prematurely damage the seals.

I think it’s just yellow tape with black overspray from the rod end and the tube cap. Would make sense it’s taped off as the pic is it still in the booth.
