Thanks FRF! I’m going to try and remove the plates from the OEM springs and reinstall on the Deavers. Hopefully after a liberal amount of WD on the nuts last night will persuade them to loosen up.

No I don't believe so. I just did mine last week and the deavers had their own plate on top.Thread revival..my son and I are installing the Deavers on his 2017 F-150 Raptor conversion and was curious if it’s necessary for the U-bolt plate that’s on top of the OEM springs to be swapped over to the Deavers when reinstalling? I was going to remove them but it’s pretty difficult getting the 117,+++ miles nuts to loosen up on the OEM springs. Thanks
