Looking for a beefier light bar.

I really liked the one from wicked performance but just found out they dont make products for the raptor anymore.And i cant seem to find any other light bars i want.I really liked how much the one from wicked covered up the front of the truck.it looked more like a grille guard or bull bar then a light bar,and with as many deer as i have here something to take the inital hit would be nice.i am not looking to spend over a $1000 for a whole new bumper,just something to mount a light or two on and maybe protect the truck alittle.Thanks, i am hopeing someone else here knows what i am saying.

Dang... I was looking at this bar as well. Raptor Addict had them the other day when I looked for about $350, but now I can't find it. Guess I'll try to find a local fab shop that can build something similar.

Ill have something to show you this weekend I just finished writing the program for our bender for our full bumper and this one is next.... so I know what radius the front of the truck is, what location the bends/kinks are..... What size light bar do you want to hold? You can reply or PM me for more details, I should have some 3D models some time this weekend.

I liked the Wicked one, but thought it would have been better if it continued around the corners more. I took the liberty of showing what I was thinking in this awesomely done photoshop.



Those two lumpy blue marks down low are tow hooks, similar to the ones the bar replaces.

As far as light bars, I'd probably just move my 40" M&R out from behind the grill. Can't wait to see what you come up with!

i like the idea of extending it out like that Harblar.I wonder if there would be a way to put two more anchoring points through the little grill on either side of the lisence plate.and how do u like the 40 inch m and r light bar i just ordered one.

Love it! I got the 30incher behind the grill as well. Really bright! I put the amber lenses on and the truck just looks mean... and kind of evil. Nothing wrong with that!

Your bumper mounting plates on the frame are 22.36 inches a part. I had to get creative on the 30in behind. But I think I figured it out. PM your email address and ill send some screen shots over.
