yep gen 1 have held on. much more than people thought when gen 2 came out. lot of people jumped ship and sold their gen 1s. but they have held more value than expected.Yeah they’ve dropped the price a lot so I’m sure they ready to deal. I don’t know the market for gen 1s but I know I sold my 13 w/40k for 45k in 2014. Nearly 10 years later and they've only depreciated another 15-20k?
These pictures are a little scary as were some of the first ones. I would most definitely have to go see it in person and go over it with a fine-tooth comb before I would even think about buying it.Some more pics. Not sure what going on the cab edge in between the bed.
Doug Demuro stated (during a Gen 1 Raptor review), that as of that time; these trucks had the lowest depreciation of any trucks, period.yep gen 1 have held on. much more than people thought when gen 2 came out. lot of people jumped ship and sold their gen 1s. but they have held more value than expected.
I dunno where you are in MD but I’m in Arlington Va. been. Looking at gen3s. I just rolled 86k on my 14 SE. dealer is giving me 34k on trade. Which is “strong”. But mine is roush supercharged. Not sure if that interests you, if it does hit me up.
