Truck is owned by Jeff Proctor, the Team Principle Driver for Honda Factory Off-road Race Team. I believe it was built at their shop.

Just spoke with Jeff.
The chassis is a Blitzkreig Trophy Truck chassis, hubs etc. About $700k into it to build it. It was built by several high end shops in OC. The truck only has about 1600 total miles on it. It’s really clean.
