Thanks for sharing.I have a set of SW LT Headers and Cats installed on a 2014 Raptor with a Whipple Supercharger. The Truck had run 3000 miles with this set up with no codes and no CEL. I recently failed the trucks first emissions inspection with both the CATs and O2 sensors showing "Inc" but no codes. I checked with Whipple and found out that their Tune has the rear O2s turned OFF. This prevents a CEL but causes a Failure to pass inspection. Whipple provided me with a new tune with O2's back on. O2 Spacers were installed on both rear O2s. After a day or 2 of driving a check with an OBD Reader showed all Inc's to now read "OK" and truck passed inspection without a hitch.
I am very happy with the SW LT's even though the installation was very difficult. The SW Cats are another story all together. They are not up to the job that the supercharged 6.2 puts to them. After 3000 miles they were making a tremendous amount of noise (bucket of marbles) and on inspection showed that their cores were starting to come apart. On the advice of a local Racing Shop I had a set of the just released Dynatech Super Cats installed. They are bigger and look a lot stronger than the SW's. Bottom line is Much quitter, No CEL's and passes Inspection (MA). 1000 miles and no problems......

There's quite a few Whippled Raptor that left the stock cats on and had Whipple leave the rear O2s on and haven't had any issues.
The Stock cat are 600 cel count were as the SW high-flow are only 200 cel.
That is why there's and issue.
What is the cel count of the ones your running?
