For the high flow to the rear sensors a spark plug anti fouler should work.

I ran my cat's for 2-3k I don't remember but it was only a short time and they were seized on so tight I had to take it to a muffler shop just to get them off and he had a hard time with the proper tools. I drove it to the tune shop to have the o2 shut off and the .5 miles it never threw a code. I bought the truck put in 93 octane for first two fills then switched to e-30 changed oil within the first 1500 miles and at 3000 now every 3000. I had about 5k on when I had the headers put on and about 9k when I took the cats off.

just get 14mm spark plug fowlers from pepboys or autozone and with 1/2 in drill bit open up the hole, buy 4 and drill them out , and double them up 2 on one side, and your golden.

u shouldnt need to mess with the header bolts. your problem would come from a leak at the slip joint at the other end of the headers right next to the sensor

no emmisions for me yet. im watching you closely lol

well let me start by saying , nick over at american racing headers, was very nice to take a look at my truck and addressing the issue i was having with the check engine, after checking it out , and placing a new **** in a better location, it was discovered that who ever installed the headers, reversed the drivers side for the pass side rear 02 sensors, that was the light, and he did this all for free, bunch of nice guys there , top notch, so that was my problem for the light , will drive to work tonight and see for sure , but they say that was my problem. awesome , next time i'm in the mkt for exhaust , no question for me it's american racing all the way, thx to nick and anthony, and john who did the work.
