Locks are not working properly (Gen 1)

Can not lock from the door panels, but the key fob works fine (locking and unlocking).

Anyone run across this? If so, what's the fix?

I'd go with the Bad Switch as Car Stereo suggested...I just installed Driving & Fog lights hooked up to my Upfitter SWITCHES...Mine is a 2014 and these switches were NEVER used by 1st owner...They worked exactly 3 times...then,nothing...Thought I screwed up,took it to local RV shop that does wiring and they had 2 guys retracing and checking all the wires,fuses,etc for 45 minutes.....finally they said,its got to be the Switch...I bought a new one,installed,and bingo....SWITCH WAS BAD...!

passenger and driver switch panel. if its working with the remote but not the switch, i would check there first

Are you talking about the toggle light switches?

Yep..thats the ones I was talking about and replaced....its the 4 switches in front of the Shifter Handle and below the Screen...

OP - Are the locks inop from both the driver's and passenger side switches, or just one of the two?
