List Upgrades to Do in Order

I want to try to expedite this process for myself. Just bought a 2018 with 41k miles.
What upgrades would you do in order (with a budget under $1,000 per upgrade).
I'm aware this is a subjective thing, based on what each owner prioritizes, but I'm curious what people's priorities are.

What's been done so far:
1. RPG perch collar (Previous owner)
2. Gen 1 Raptor wheels (Previous owner)
3. Tune (MPT with SCT X4)

Ideas I've had so far:
1. A radio with Android auto - but may also be fine with a wireless adapter. Not sure if I want to go down the road of ******** with one of the big "Tesla style" screens or even a replacement that could guarantee all existing features (if that's even possible.)
2. Tint
3. Exhaust and/or Equal Length Resonator Delete

Replace all the fluids, spark plugs, cabin/engine filter
Rebuild shocks
Goosetuned
Lights
Tint

This weekend I was at a little, I mean like 15 new vehicles in Cortez Co and what was sitting on the lot!

Most notable felt and definitely worth while are Goosetune/Deaver leaf springs. And for me Roush (Alcon) brakes (latter not for everyone). All leveling just the front is good for is pissing you off when loading anything in the back... and esp pissing off on coming traffic at night.

Deaver/geiser springs and police package brakes were both noticeable improvements over stock.
About to roll 100k and will goose stage 2 once warranty is gone.
