WTF

I'm still getting through them. I received over 200 orders. I had some software issues on the laser engraver computer which put me behind. I ended up buying the newest Corel draw program. The old one wouldn't send the job over to the laser engraving program out of nowhere and would give me an error message. Once I had the new software on, the computer was running slowly so I went from 2 gb of ram up to 4 gb and it's running perfect now.

Yes sir. I make each one of these one at a time and also do a lot of sanding on the edges to make each one smooth. If they require paint, I go in with a magnifying glass and use several different types of tools to clean up the edges of the paint lines. I do this on each and every single one of these.

I have been covered up with leather orders as well. I stay at the shop anywhere from 12 to 18 hours a day working on these. I'm getting through these orders as quickly as possible. All of my open leather orders are being shipped out today and I'll be clear to work on nothing but build plates this week. Remember that I am a one man operation taking on this large volume of orders.

I hope to have all of these shipped out by the end of the week or beginning of next week.

Thank you for your patience!! I'm working through these as quickly as possible.

Thanks for the info. I just figured that making and sanding was not holding you up. Under your vendor area on the thread ****2014 raptor build plate group buy**** on page 24, on 02/09/2016 at 04:02am. You said all plates were made and sanded to perfection, that is what I went on and why I was wondering.

No sir, I was stating that's how I make each plate, not that they are all done. All of them are already rotary cut on the diamond engraver but they require sanding before lasering. The rotary attachment cuts them but leaves burrs on the edges. I sand twice. Once to get the edges to the same width so when I load them into the laser, they are perfectly aligned in the center of the plate and then once again to smooth them down before shipping.

By the time I would be able to get someone trained, I would have already finished everything. All of the services that I perform come from years of experience and specialized tools. If the guy was to get the laser aperature too close to the material and burn the lens, I would have to call my tech to come fix it which would set me back a week.

The embroidery machine is even more complex. There are tons of factors that determine the end result of embroidery especially on leather. Alignment, bobbin resistance, presser foot depth, needle choice, thread, etc. If that gets broken, it's extremely expensive and there is a shortage of techs that work on them. They get paid big bucks though... They get paid by the mile as well as for each job they perform. It takes a lot of training to do what they do.

When everything calms down, I plan on hiring someone on to help. Then, I'll be able to take on this amount of orders again with ease! Until then, I'm going to fly solo.

Just this week so far, I've done 15 consoles, several sets of headrests, auxiliary switch plates and many many build plates.

I guess you don't like being called out. Yet another week and no build plate!!!:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:
You say you have done many many build plates. On your list I am number 46 and paid, so you clearly have not got past 45 yet.

That list was not updated after I received many other orders. There were many many other orders before yours as well. I'm doing my best buddy.

OK, whatever, another day, another excuse. I really don't see how, as I was on the list before the numbers came out. The morning they came out, I updated order with my number, even spoke to you on the phone. Also, if you will recall, we spoke on the phone 2 weeks ago when I ordered my AUX switch cover. You told me I was in the next few to be done. It appears I got pushed to the back because I have said something! Very Professional!

And WHY would YOU publish a list that is not valid? Not say it is not valid? Just your communication I am wrongly going on!!
