Link Alexa Skill?

Has anyone been able to link the FordPass Alexa skill to their truck? I'm getting this error:

Nope, I tried multiple times. I kept saying, Alexa - wash my truck!

Yes... On my iPhone I am using successfully "Ford+Alexa" app for few years now.

That's not a skill on Alexa.

That is so true, I have no idea what I was thinking (most likely I wasn’t)… it just makes Alexa work in your car using the app through Ford Sync 3. With 2022 Alexa is supposed to be included in Sync4.

To answer your question, yes, I had no issue to add theFordPass skill to Alexa. It asked me to create a PIN code that I now have to use if I use Alexa to start the engine or to unlock the truck… My Raptor is a 2019… when I linked the account and I was in the same screen as the one you posted, my truck was listed with no warnings and it allowed me to hit "continue" and complete the process.

Maybe Ford is still working on this for Sync 4?
