I use Motorcraft 5w30 synthetic blend, just like what the manual calls for.

I am not at 100k but figure I bring some life back to this thread. I am at 40k with1271 eng hours with 321idle hrs...

Purchase it used July 2021. .. wanted to wait for a 2021 but this 2019 had 30k in upgrades with 36k miles. Figure he'll save close to 20k vs 2021. Though love the 2021 interior. Maybe raptor R. But who knows what those prices will be

I chased this same exact problem and it was sway bar links, dealer took care of them for me

yes , check sway bar links, i chased this for a year, drove me nuts!

I change my oil and rotate my tires every 5,000 miles. I use the same Motorcraft oil and filter that is recommended by the manufacturer.

77k on mine the only thing bugging me is rattling going over rough pavement at slower 10-35mph speeds. I can't locate it so just living with it for now.

Check your front wheel hubs for that rattle. Mine does the same thing, but I haven't had any trouble out of them.

I have that white smoke issue after extended idle. I figured that was common on these trucks.
