I was informed that taking it back to get fixed (the second time) will also take a few days because they'll need to order parts as they do not keep items like gaskets in stock. They also seem to go with the slowest shipping option. For a $100k truck, I expected a little better. There isn't really much recourse available with Ford - just a shrug and a "we're sorry."</p></blockquote><p></p>
