I full RCI on my raptor and love them. Went with aluminum, just because it does not rust.

You can order them all together. I ordered them from RCI, steel ones, all except for the gas tank skid.

Same here - except I didn't need the very front plate due to my skid on my ADD bumper... went steel too due to strength vs aluminum.
