Leaf spring separator pads / Front bump stops

Does anyone have Ford part numbers for the leaf spring separator pads for the OEM springs? Mine are crunchy and aren't sliding well any more - causing some noise.

I am also looking for the Ford part numbers for the bumpstops for the front shock.
