oh and this was the Silverado that was traded in. sold the 26"s on it for 700 cash and the rims for the k10 truck.

First off all congrats on buying the Raptor. Stick to 17 wheels with a more aggressive offset than stock wheels..
Secondly Good God the picture of the 26" rims on this Silverado that you traded almost gave me a heart attack. First I thought it was a joke. But then realized it was not. How the hell did you drive on these rubber cords? You probably felt going every speck of dust on the road....lol

Also did you buy a 5.4 v8 raptor just what I can tell from the year and pics?

Sounds like there is a great group of guys your way have fun

thanks guys,

Its the 6.2L. My older brother has a 2014 screw model and advised me not to go 20"s. He bought his used and within a month sold the 20"s and bought 17"s with true 35" mud tires. As for the 26"s i loved the look, still do, but thats all it was, a look. I seen the raptor and wasnt planning on trading it it. But i have a Daily and the silverado was the weekend cruiser.

I'll definetely look into the 17"s. But for now i need to get that old beater K10 into the paint booth and get some more aggressive tires for them 20s. that one i dont care about ride quality. it has a nice 350sb in it

He Speaks truth^^^ If you want the truck to perform well offroad, the maximum I would go with is 18". 20's are all show little go if you plan to use it for more than a mall crawler. That being said, if you are going to upgrade your entire rim and tire package, send me a message and I can walk you through that process and also provide a complete package that is ready to bolt right on right out of the shipper truck with lug nuts, TPMS and all that.

I'll PM you
