I have Kooks on my raptor & i love them

Like Nick said its a PITA to install, but well worth it.

They make a system with an x pipe and dual resonators. just ask them do give you there famous polished 3'' turn down tips

Really? Thank you! I'm gonna give them a shout after I finish up with these glass fenders

I actually talked to Kooks about that today as we were going over a few other things as well. I also discussed the installation with Mike at 5Star tuning. What I have ben told is that the installation is very similar for both Kooks and SW. Mike said the Kooks do have a little more room around the alternator and according to him that does help some. Also, although they haven't done so in the past, the one catback system they currently offer for the Raptor that has been only for the Screw is now going to be made available for the Scab as well. I have been talking to them about offering another catback version since their current offering is a true dual exiting under the rear bumper, but they have not finalized what they are doing with that just yet.

Just to throw this out there, I am beginning a sale on Kooks headers with custom tuning from 5Star next week for anyone interested.

Which size headers are best to use on a supercharged raptor. What's the best price around for the headers and y pipe with green cats.

The only "Green" cats you will find that I know of are from Kooks, that being said, the best pricing will be from me.:happy107:

On a supercharged Raptor, I believe your best bet would be those with the 1 7/8 primaries. But someone with more experience tuning for the chargered Raptors may know better.

I agree with chris on both. Yes 1 7/8" primaries is best for headers and yes chris will have the best price

We are doing a SW install next weekend, and will try and document it.

BTW, if you want a great deal on either Kooks or SW, call us @ the number in the sig. We are master Warehouse Distributors for both, and actually the largest Kooks dealer in the country. We also offer a lot of ceramic coating options no one else does.
