i did SW LT's on mine. major pain in the ass. if u have access to a lift that will make life easier. i would say a 2nd set of hands isnt necessary but highly recommended as well as a ton of patience. from what i saw there really is no short cuts or tricks. make sure u have some long extensions and pivot sockets too.

That's cheap... Lol. I got a quote for 1150.00. 10 hr job to install the headers and y pipe. And the headers only cost 1200.00 where is the logic in that. This is why I want to find out what's involved if I do it myself.

an 8-10 hour labor rate is going to be the norm. it is bery tight and the engine needs to be moved up and back. skids and the starter need to come off and the steering shaft needs to be disconnected.

u should be able to get the installation instructions online in a PDF. read over them and look at what needs to be done

i know u want kooks but the install is going to be pretty much the same as the SW install. here are the install instructions for the SW headers. the kooks install should be 99% the same
