Ok we had two different shops try to fix the issue. The motor could not be moved enough to solve the problem. We had to put a dent in the headers to get them to work. I talked with kooks about this issue. one person there tried to help but his supervisor was not interested in helping me and I ended up having to take care of the issue myself. It will be the last time I buy kooks products. Not trying to start a argument just telling raptor owners my experience. Thank you to everyone's ideas from the FRF

Still may. I wonder if Roush will install and tune for them at the same time as installing an SC...

Look at the logo plate in the pics that is one of the reasons for my problem. Plus mine are coated.

It's been a real salty winter in Ohio. I wish I had mine coated. Those pics show headers that are only 9 months old

Interesting to see kooks having more issues on different vehicles. I guess their QC has been slipping as of late. There has long been an issue with kooks long tubes on 4th gen f-bodies (camaros/firebirds), where one of the primaries sits so close to the oil pan that the drain plug can't be loosened all the way. Guys had to either pry/dent the primary in order to get the clearance (which sucks to have to do to expensive, "top quality" long tubes) or had to live with it and let the oil slowly drip out of the pan for oil changes.. So yeah, not bashing a company, just stating what I've seen.
