They mount to factory running board holes. Made from .120 wall 1 3/4 tubing with laser cut aluminum top plates that bolt in place. Same width as factory boards and a 1 1/2 in clearance gain.

Are they sturdy enough to lift the truck with a high lift?

The boards are strong enough but only being mounted to the body I don't recommend it. Frame tie ins would be needed.
