Key Fob not opening Tailgate....

Has always worked in the past. Button to left of steering wheel works fine as well as the button on tailgate. When I depress button on key fob, lights blink (as it should) but I do not hear the release. Settings in SYNC 4 show it is NOT set to manual.

Anyone else? Help!!

that happened to me when the stealership performed the tailgate opening TSB, they forgot to plug in a harness. Remote start wasn’t working either.
Any recent work, or service?

DTC’s?

No recent work - oil change maybe 3 months ago. I may toggle the SYNC option to see if that "wakes" it up.

if that doesn’t help, no DTC’s or cleared you may have to bite the bullet and head for the stealership

I usually have to unlock first then double press, unless I’m in close proximity.

So I went home for lunch and tried the other key fob - SUCCESS!!!! Then tried the original and that worked then. LOL - GO Figure.

Did you park next to a bmw? The funk from peasant mobiles can sometimes make Raptors behave unpredictably.
