I found the parts whole sale but that's the last time. I'm going to be going rev axle, and getting my fab guy to finish up my whole underbody protection before I set out off roading next time. Like real underbody protection, and I'll point it out to him that he needs to build something that will protect my cv shaft. Gear asy, don't want to be breaking it every month come on now, even though I can get the gear asy for 648$ still ********, I thought my raptor was a tank, not any more

I see no signs of wear on my top perched 2010. This is strange.

That is why I am thinking the addition of the torsen and changes to steering rack in 2012's is causing these issues.

yup my guess too. so the RSV axle.. will it fix these issues? I'm guessing i still need a gear asy even if i get a rsv. Not too mechanically bright.

It is set to be 1.75 inches higher than stock from Fox, which is aproximately middle perch on stock shocks.

I know all three of us (012bluestv, netix, and myself) play in the mud. Which is a little harder on front drive components verses Q and G Raptors.

Like I said there could be a commonality between all three of us having front suspension/drivetrain issues. I was throwing it out there to see what sticks.

Anyone know if there is a TSB on the Steering Rack Issue. I am having some problems with mine, no leaks or cracks just a lot of play on the left side.

I don't think there is. I searched the internet and my service writer searched Ford's database and we couldn't come up with anything. If you need help let me know when you are up in Orange County next and I can introduce you to my service writer. They replaced my steering rack on my last truck with all the mods no questions asked. They love all the RPG stuff!!
