So I just jumped into a 2023 Raptor R, picked it up last week. I’m coming from my 2023 Ram TRX.

I put a lot of time and money into my TRX it was my dream truck. I had built this truck to run…. Then it decided it wanted to burn itself to ground.

With that being I’m really impressed with the Raptor so far and I’m stoked to start a new build.

Was the TRX built by Hennessey?

No it wasn’t built by Hennessy, it was built by myself and a performance shop in Denver. Investigation was inclusive, but I believe the oil sending unit failed and purged oil on a hot engine starting the fire.

I’m very happy with my “R” to this point, it’s got some better points than the TRX.
