Is it Pretty Common to bottom out and hit the skid plate ? How high do you have to be to bottom out? Obviously if you hit front wheels clearly first it’s gonna be more of an issue

I was told I cleared 6’ high and came down at a 45 degree angle... no ********. So I’d say you need to hit it pretty hard to bottom out. First jump I hit didn’t feel like I left the ground, even though I jumped about 3’ high and 15’ long, pictured earlier in this thread.

Nothing to worry about. You just broke the IC bracket. Youll need a new bumper and intercooler at some point. SVC has everything you need

I took the ic bracket out and was able to bend it back pretty easily by curb checking it lol. Broke the outter fan piece off and the ic is fully functional. On a side note, your truck looks bad ass bro!

Your first picture is what I sent my bumper guy when he asked me how I wanted mine to look. I asked him to add the hoop on top of my lights for added protection.
