The heads of these departments and projects give presentations all the time. I have seen better from him and others plenty of times. That press conference was not planned well or prepared for very well. It looks like it was held in a strip mall parking lot compleate with cars honking.
It's great that they did something and even let it be filmed but I have worked mini van launches that were much better. They just need to get these truck to the consumer and soon

It was the hotel parking lot where they were meeting press as an intro, but main reason for press was not that lot meet and greet but the driving they would be doing over the next day or two.

Better venue would have helped for that part. It was informative.
